Recruitment Consultant

NG4, Colwick

Basic Salary (Up to £25K) + Uncapped Commission 1st year OTE ( Up to £27k)

Day to day duties:

Engaging in b2b sales to identify new business opportunities.
Conducting client meetings to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm partnerships.
Establishing and promoting your personal brand within your chosen market to attract top talent and clients.
Providing expert consulting services to clients, offering strategic advice on recruitment best practices.
Networking within the industry to expand your professional network and stay abreast of market trends.

Requirements:

Experience in sales preferred
Targetdriven individuals
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
