We have an exciting opportunity to join the Company Secretariat team in the role of Executive Administrator on a part-time or full-time basis.

Ideally the role will be 10-2 each day worked with a mixture of home and office working however we are open to alternatives.

Salary for this role will be c£32,000 FTE.

Reporting to our HR Director and Company Secretary, responsibilities for this role include:

  • Minute taking and circulation of approved minutes for Board and committee meeting in line with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Supporting the Company Secretariat team in governance coordination such as updating documents and submitting statutory and governance reporting.
  • Arranging and distributing paperwork for Exec and Board Meetings.
  • Supporting communication and logistics of events for the Board and Board or Management committees.
  • Managing the filing systems and undertake general housekeeping for the team.
  • Preparing presentations and producing reports.
  • Supporting Exec team with processing expenses, arranging and rescheduling meetings, diary management etc.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks.

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

Up to £32,000.00 per year
