NLB Solutions are working with a small practice in Northwood/Harrow area in the search for an individual that has a solid payroll background and the potential of dealing with more bookkeeping.
The practice had about 120 different payrolls that the look afteron behalf of clients. The payroll position will be stand-alone so requires someone very organised able to take responsibility.
The business need all employees in the office as they are such a small and dynamic team and offer a very supportive environment.
Spec:
- The Payroll will be around 70% of the role
- Administer the Payroll for around 120 clients' and they differ in size and complexity.
- Weekly, biweekly and monthly Payrolls, monthly CIS returns and monthly Pension uploads.
- Bookkeeping work will be introduced into the role once the Payroll is working smoothly.
- Bookkeeping will include preparation of accounts up to trial balance
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Reconciliations of bank accounts
- Debtor and creditor accounts.
Spec:
- Looking for an individual who has Payroll experience.
- Experience on MoneySoft would be ideal but not essential.
- The person should be highly organised and methodical.
- AAT studier or qualified
