Energy and Infrastructure Investment Associate/ Partner
We are seeking a specialist Energy professional to join our client's Infrastructure, Investment and Energy team as an Associate or Partner, to provide Investment and Energy services.
The right person will joining an award winning highly reputable company, acknowledged for their expert knowledge within its multifaceted Real Estate business model, and has been trading successfully across SW & SE England.
They have built trusted relationships with their clients, resulting in a high level of repeat business from their satisfied client base.
This is a great opportunity for the right person to join the Infrastructure, Investment and Energy team as an Associate/Partner.
The role is interesting and varied, requiring diverse leadership skill sets, with the ability to build new relationships quickly and stakeholder management being a key criteria to enable you to develop an existing portfolio, and identify new business opportunities.
As an Energy and InfrastructureInvestment Associate/Partner you will play a critical role and be responsible for contributing to the development of the business, with the main focus being investment and infrastructure.
The role
Working closely with the head of the department to deliver a specialist, Energy and
Infrastructure Investment advisory service.
- Develop and grow a team with the Head of Department to support the delivery of specialist Infrastructure, energy agency and investment advice to major funds.
- Manage and be accountable for delivery of infrastructure, Energy and investment plan
- Providing finance and investment advice to existing energy development clients on infrastructure funds
- Assist with strategic planning to implement the investment offering across the
- Work alongside our National Investment team to identify opportunities for sustainable / ESG / renewable investments suitable for their clients.
- Help to identify and secure larger framework appointments or major contracts for energy developers across our wider Infrastructure team offering (Land referencing, assembly, consents management, planning etc).
- Assist with significant Energy & EfW Valuation instructions across all portfolios including major development sites.
- Providing strategic input on Energy bureau and EV Charging
- Provide strategic advice on major energy lands and developments sites
- Build new relationship, onboarding new agencies, clients and joint venture agreements
Requirement
- Relevant qualifications, Ideally Member of RICS or similar professional body
- Has work experience from a similar position
- Experience of largescale energy transactions in a finance or agency environment
- Experience of providing strategic advice and managing clients across multiple projects
- A track record for achievements in the energy development sector
- Strong business development skills
- Sound knowledge of energy technologies and the various technical and environmental constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Must have Analytical, critical thinking, problem solving/solution finding ability
- Managing and coaching team members.
- Attending industry events
- Contribute to Marketing and PR promotional material and content.
- Facilitate with Brand awareness promotions
- Full driving license

Salary:
£45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

- As an Energy specialist: 5 years (preferred)
- Working in a similar position: 5 years (preferred)
