Logistics Admin

Green Retreats specialize in designing, building, and installing luxurious garden structures, being the leading and most reliable garden room company in the UK.

Green Retreats is in search of a Logistics Administrator to provide support to the Operations office during a Maternity Cover period. The role involves handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the team.

  • Updating Operations teams KPIs and creating a weekly dashboard for team meetings
  • Maintaining calendars and spreadsheets for site teams
  • Managing staff uniform orders and issuance
  • Generating and issuing necessary paperwork for teams
  • Processing returned team paperwork and monitoring for completion
  • Managing internal communication systems and team hours
  • Accurate reporting of accidents and providing general office support

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle
  • Strong customer service skills and computer proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Diligence, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to take initiative

Desired Experience:

  • Background in construction and task coordination
  • Previous experience in data inputting

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed-term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
