- Identify opportunities for profit enhancement through process efficiency
- *Identify client resources required to successfully deliver the assessment opportunity
- *Prepare and lead discussions with prospects around assessment activities
- *Conduct interviews and coordinate inputs and assessment findings
- *Identify and document gaps, risks and assumptions for all solutions
- *Creates strategic solutions and builds production models including opportunities for internal change management
- Ability to provide SME support on RFP documents and other sales strategies supporting the business development lead
- *Lead the delivery of new contract wins in conjunction with Business Development and Account Operations
- *Set clear objectives and targets for all direct and where appropriate indirect reports – monitor and review regularly
- *Encourage innovation, ideas and input regarding service improvements from all employees
- *Lead and participate in business projects and initiatives
- *Foster a culture of excellence and ensure continuous improvement through the use of best practices.
- *Review assessment of operational issues at site and troubleshoot significant operations/service delivery issues
- *Ensure the continuous review and improvement of client metrics and reports
- *Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in key projects
- Build relationships with support departments and studios
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing teams and projects of varying complexity required; significant experience at a senior level within a consulting organization and/or role is preferred
- Experience working in a strategic context with proven ability to translate strategy into delivery; able to effectively deliver change management in complex environments
- Financially and commercially astute; possesses ability to analyze requirements and implement advantageous recommendations across the group relative to cost/budgetary parameters
- Possesses superior communication skills; ability to lead presentations to internal and external stakeholders; effectively manages sensitive client conversations and develops consensus on key issues.
- Superior client relationship management skills
- Able to influence and steer at a senior level within and outside of the group
- Ability to think strategically at a high level with the ability to implement on a tactical level
- Must be able to balance client needs with business needs
- Must be able to think long term while delivering short-term results
- Experience working with large scale client engagements
- Experience managing multiple service offerings (i.e. creative services: video, digital and/or print production)
- Must be comfortable with conflict resolution and interaction with clients in stressful situations
