Full time + Permanent position

What we are looking for?


An exciting opportunity has become avilable to work within within the Midlands portfolio, covering the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

A company van is provided for the role, based within the area, and will involve picking other employees up.

What will your day look like?

  • We currently have a vacancy for a
    Property Caretaker, working in and around the
    Milton Keynes Area
:


  • Core working hours are
    8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, on site, with extra hours sometimes required. Some travellling times will need to be accounted for, travelling up to an hour; before 1st site and after last working site.
  • You will be responsbile for internal cleaning with communal apartment areas.
  • You will be responsible for the grounds maintenance of external areas across a wide portfolio of developments, both large and small.
  • You will carry out general grounds maintenance, adhoc and repairs.
  • You may from time to time be expected to assit within the region, for the cleaning of internal communal areas, that extends to our wider business model.
  • You may be involved, in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.

What makes a successful Property Caretaker?

  • You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
  • You will demonstrate good decision making skills and common sense.
  • You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care' representative when on site.
  • You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
  • You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
  • You will live in or around the
    Milton Keynes area to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off.
  • You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
