    Start Date:

    September 2024 or ASAPM/LK Education Search is working with an 'Outstanding' Independent Special School in London who wish to appoint a confident Headteacher for September to lead their multi-site provision through the next stage of development.

    The school is a unique setup, that is truly child-centred and has the personal and professional development, and the wellbeing of staff and students at the forefront.

    This is an inclusive co-educational provision for children with Autism aged between 5 and 16 years and split across two sites in West London.

    Whilst underpinned by ABA methodology, the school is developing it's offering to continue providing an outstanding education to its students.

    Each pupil receives an individually devised programme based on a pupil centred, multi professional approach to learning, aimed at increasing communication and independence.

    This is a rare opportunity for a calm, confident and committed senior leader to join an 'Outstanding' provision and pair with a supportive CEO and SLT to grow and develop a special school that currently supports children from 17 Local Authorities.

    Main PurposeProvide effective leadership across Primary and Secondary settingsDrive school improvement prioritiesEnsure that all sites are delivering high-quality provision and securing the best outcomes for pupilsPromote a culture of unity and collaboration across the school(s)

    Person RequirementsThe successful applicant will have:

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UKAdditional qualifications related to SEN and/or school leadershipSuccessful leadership experience within a similar setting/environmentExcellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and relevant accreditations related to SEN/AutismA proven track record of successful Ofsted inspections and self-evaluation processes including the ISSEvidence of successful relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIf this sounds like an exciting opportunity that you would like to pursue, please APPLY NOWOr alternatively, please contact me on:T: E: Greg.
