    Description

    We are looking for an ambitious Deputy Headteacher, with a minimum of 3 years senior leadership experience and a substantial track record of success, to further develop the outstanding quality of education we provide for all our students.

    Moulsham High School is an inclusive, high performing comprehensive school with a relentless commitment to high achievement for all.
    In 2023 it was in the top 16% of all schools nationally.
    A level APS in 2023 was in the top 18% of all schools nationally.

    This role is pivotal to the school's continued success and includes responsibility for:
    curriculum provision; the quality of teaching, learning and assessment; academic outcomes and quality assurance.
    This vacancy has arisen due to the promotion of the current

    Deputy Headteacher:

    Quality of Education to Headship after just three years in post and will provide the successful candidate with a fantastic platform for further promotion.
