- General office admin support to the site manager
- Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries
- Ensure all paperwork on site is kept up to date and in order
- Assisting with planning and booking of deliveries and dispatches making sure all documentation is kept up to date and correct
- Liaising professionally with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Word, Excel etc and the ability to learn new processes easily
- Strong numeracy skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Availability to work core hours with flexibility to meet operational requirements
- Problem-solving abilities
