Job Description:


This is the ideal role for someone who has experience in global market research compliance with the ability to collaborate with internal colleagues to identify, pursue and contribute to the advancement of technical capabilities, process improvements and changes within the teams and across the organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work as global compliance lead with close working relationships with compliance contributors;
  • US, UK, EU, India and Australia compliance lead
  • Data Protection Officer (who holds responsibility for data protection compliance)
  • Supervise compliance support via the ticketing tool used across the organization
  • Provide input on Legal Tickets as sought by Contracts Manager, as well as handling of nonSales Legal Tickets
  • Support the Quality Manager completing the ISO Market, opinion and social research) internal audit program, analyze risk and create strategies to provide risk mitigation
  • In conjunction with the IT, Compliance and Data Protection functions, support the introduction of ISO privacy information management)
  • Provide support for market research reporting in France (Loi Bertrand/Anti-Cadeaux)
  • Provide support with Adverse Event Reporting to end clients
  • Create/update internal and external marketing campaigns in conjunction with Marketing Team including contributions to thought leadership demonstrating our strong compliance USP
  • Keep focus on client service culture, building strong and collaborative relationships with peers, teams, and aiming for delivering high quality and timely global programs and supporting the sales process as required
  • Representing M3GR Group on critical regulatory matters as required. Communicate with industry and regulatory bodies and represent M3 in industry committees.
  • Drive continuous compliance training program in conjunction with DPO, Quality Manager, Compliance team and Learning and Development Manager
  • Design and support key strategic continuous improvement compliance programs, providing input on initiatives as to compliance risks and implications as ambassador for privacy by design
  • In conjunction with the Compliance team, provide regular reviews and updates to the Compliance SharePoint Site
  • Interact with all stakeholders involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems, focusing on collaborative and consultative solutions to make compliance projects a success
  • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
  • Embed compliance into acquired MR companies as required
  • Line Management responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess the security, risk and privacy controls on an ongoing basis. Work closely with the operational teams to develop and monitor policies and standards with applicable compliance regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the business in recommending, developing and executing business initiatives within permissible statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications:


Education and Training Required:


  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick learner of new technologies/software
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods, including documenting and performing risk management to minimize project risks, managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet depa
