    Working in our friendly and supportive Marketing team, you will be involved in the planning and content management of international market campaigns on our homepage and holiday pages, including optimising traffic, conversion on and promoting any ad hoc activity.

    This role offers an opportunity to understand how to promote holidays in a variety of different country markets, using web analytics and booking data to continually improve how the pages are managed.

    Evaluating the results of your work, you will quickly be able to make changes to maximise the benefit from promotional activity and content on Working with different teams, including our Commercial team, BA and marketing teams in the UK and overseas.

    holidays content management for international markets, including set up of sale and always on campaigns on Analysing web and booking data to evaluate the effectiveness of the promotions, recommending and optimising content.

    Designing and implementing targeted campaigns, including email marketing initiatives and on-site communications, aimed at maximising website traffic and bookings.

    While this is not a long form copy writing role it will include creating and proofreading short, engaging copy for holiday pages, selecting images and updating the ba.

    Working with lots of teams within BA Holidays, BA, and externally.

    As you grow in the role you will also have the opportunity to work with external marketing agencies to support delivery of affiliate marketing.

    High accuracy and attention to detail - this is needed to draft copy and update content across multiple country markets
    Commercial acumen to effectively analyse web and booking data
    Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of marketing trends
    Experience of writing online content and use of web publishing tools.

    To help you decide whether you would like to apply, as a guide, a typical salary in this role is around £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience), plus benefits.

    Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). There will also be occasional meetings in BA's head office (near Heathrow) and in our London-based agencies.

    Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person.

    We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first two to four weeks.

    We are advertising this role as a permanent full time role, however if you would like to apply for this role on a part time basis, you are welcome to open a discussion about this at the stage of the application process that suits you.

    25 days holiday per calendar year, increasing by one day for every two complete years', to a maximum of 30 days, plus normal bank holidays.
