Job Purpose


As a Technical Product Owner, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of products that drive passenger processing in airports.

These systems, including check-in, bagdrop, and boarding, are critical for operation, having a direct impact on customer satisfaction, on-time performance, safety, and compliance.


Your role is integral in owning the product backlog and supporting the future roadmap, working closely with internal and external development teams, as well as our business and operational teams.


Your contributions are crucial to the delivery of innovative products and services that align with the strategic goals of our prioritised project portfolio.


What you'll need to do the role

  • Product Ownership. Owns and drives the product backlog for multiple products within Airport Technology, working closely with development teams and business stakeholders.
  • Product Roadmap. Supports development of the future roadmap for products within Airport Technology, including lifecycle, continuous improvement, and innovation

Requirements of the Role

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record as a Product Owner or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, including lifecycle models and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to selforganise and take ownership for multiple products
  • Strong skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders
  • Any experience within the airline industry or travel sector would be ideal
