    Description


    We're working with a rapidly growing ad tech company who are looking for a corporate governance professional to join their team and manage their international entity portfolio.

    It's a 3-month contract, starting at the end of April.


    You'll be involved in:


    Project management, liaising with the privacy team Company secretarial mattersEntity managementBoard managementInternational corporate governance The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience managing entity portfolios across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on IndiaIn-depth knowledge of corporate governance requirements for various jurisdictionsIdeally experience of working with an entity management vendorExcellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external service providersThe ability to work independently, make sound judgment calls, and operate with minimal supervisionWhy Join LOD?People come to us for a whole range of reasons – they might be looking for time for their interests, for work alongside other projects, or just want a change.
