    Cloudinary is seeking a highly motivated Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team.

    As the Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of Cloudinary's innovative cloud-based media management solutions for our clients.

    You will be responsible for leading implementation projects, collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements, and delivering customised solutions that meet their needs.

    This role requires a combination of project management skills, technical expertise, and client-facing consulting abilities.

    Project Management:

    Lead complex, end-to-end implementation projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating project plans and timelines, and managing resources to ensure successful project delivery.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project status and progress.


    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and support, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the implementation process


    Training and Enablement:
    Provide training and support to clients and end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Cloudinary solution.

    Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation as needed to empower clients to maximize the value of Cloudinary's platform.


    Quality Assurance:
    Conduct thorough testing and validation of the implemented solution to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with client requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation within the implementation methodology. Capture and share best practices, lessons learned, and success stories to drive continuous improvement and excellence in implementation delivery.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in implementation management, consulting, or project management, customer success.
    ~ Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    ~ Technical proficiency in web development, cloud computing, or related technologies. Experience with media management, digital asset management (DAM), or content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
    ~ Demonstrated ability to translate client requirements into customized solutions, with a focus on delivering value-added services and exceeding client expectations.
    ~ Proven track record of driving successful implementation projects, meeting project milestones, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    ~ Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes.
    ~ Relevant certifications in project management, cloud computing, or related fields are a plus.
