Do you have experience working in an Estate Agency or Chartered Surveyors Office?


Contract Scotland are looking for an Administrator to support Property Surveyors in a busy Chartered Surveyors Office in Perth on a full time, permanent basis.


The role itself will involve:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls, cover reception
  • Contacting clients/customers on behalf of surveyors
  • Setting up boardroom for meetings
  • Filing, scanning, copying & binding
  • All systems kept up to date and accurate
  • Sending out property particulars to clients/customers
  • Diary management
  • Training new members of staff
  • Banking/Office Petty Cash/Card Payments

Role Essentials include:

  • Knowledge of working in an Office environment
  • Estate Agency/Chartered Surveyors office preferable


  • PC skills

  • Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint. Quest / Xit2 Valuation Exchange / One Survey
  • Awareness of the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Good Organisational skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to use initiative to think through problems to find solutions
  • Fast learner with ability to multi task
  • Audio typing experience
