    What you'll do


    • Manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including the planning, content writing, targeting, set up, execution and reporting.
    • Conduct A/B tests, monitor performance, and identify innovative opportunities for further growth.
    • Generate regular reports providing insight into campaign performance.
    • Create segmentation for targeted customer groups.
    • Build automated email flows to aid all elements of the customer journey.
    • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and drive attributed revenue.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and graphic design departments to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring all designs provided by the graphic design team are consistent with current brand guidelines and email best practices.
    Experience you need
    If you have an email marketing background we want to speak to you
    If you've used email marketing software, particularly Klaviyo, we want to hear from you
    If you have great time management and thrive on deadlines - we want to speak to you
    If you are creative with great written communication and copyrighting skills we want to hear from you
