    Our client is seeking a creative-minded email marketer to join their dynamic team


    You will be responsible for creating compelling email content, growing their email lists, analysing campaign performance and optimising email strategies to drive engagement and conversions across several brands within their sector.

    Experience in Klaviyo, or similar industry standard email marketing software, is essential for this role.

    The post-holder will report to the Marketing Manager and will be expected to be friendly, collaborative and a good team player.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including the planning, content writing, targeting, set up, execution and reporting.
    • Conduct A/B tests, monitor performance, and identify innovative opportunities for further growth.
    • Generate regular reports providing insight into campaign performance.
    • Create segmentation for targeted customer groups.
    • Build automated email flows to aid all elements of the customer journey.
    • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and drive attributed revenue.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and graphic design departments to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring all designs provided by the graphic design team are consistent with current brand guidelines and email best practices.

    Experience Required:

    • Experience of working in an email marketing environment is an essential requirement for this position.
    • The successful candidate must have familiarity with CRM integration systems and experience in industry standard email marketing software, particularly Klaviyo.

    Key Skills Required:

    • The ability to meet deadlines and thrive whilst working in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
    • Strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with an understanding of how to prioritise tasks.
    • Strong written communication and copywriting skills to write content that converts.
    • Highly experienced in email marketing software, particularly Klaviyo.
    • Creative mindset and impeccable attention to detail.
    • Strong teamworking skills and a 'can do' attitude.

    General:
    In addition, there may be an occasional requirement to visit customer and/or supplier premises when necessary.
