    Description


    Are you a driven Home Manager with a passion for providing top-notch care? We've got an exciting opportunity with a high-end care provider who's on the lookout for a dedicated Manager to oversee a stunning residential home with excellent ratings and a good CQC rating.

    As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a handsome salary of up to £65,000.

    You'll also get to enjoy an additional 30 days of annual leave on top of Bank Holidays, and receive incredible support from a regional team dedicated to your development and the well-being of the residents.

    Our client is a respected provider of personalised care for dementia and elderly residents. They take pride in crafting bespoke care and meal plans to cater to each resident's unique needs. As the Home Manager, you'll be working in a purpose-built service that's so inviting, you might want to move in yourself

    As the Home Manager, your duties will include:

    Overseeing a residential home
    Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
    Creating personalised care plans and meal plans
    Working with respite beds, adding a dynamic and business aspect to the rolePackage and Benefits:

    As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with:

    An attractive annual salary of up to £60,000, rising to £65,000 for the right candidate
    38 days of annual leave including bank holidays
    Unwavering support from the regional teamThe ideal candidate for the Home Manager role will have:

    A background managing a home within an elderly care setting
    A knowledge of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
    An NVQ in social care management
