Oh, and you'll also be able to work predominantly from home, although you will need to travel to their Glasgow office for 1 or 2 days each month.

Reporting into the Head of Credit, you'll help direct and influence key lending strategies designed to grow and diversify the firm's mortgage lending offering and help realise their ambitious growth plans.

You'll have overall responsibility for driving anddelivering credit risk guidance for their Residential and BTL lending propositions.

You'll also be a crucial contributor to regular credit risk appetite reporting and monitoring and produce key credit risk MI and analytics.

You'll also help maintain and develop the Credit Risk Management framework.

You'll have a strong background in lending policy and governance within the mortgage industry and a good understanding of credit risk concepts for property finance.

You'll also possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
