    The Impact:
    This role involves providing technical expertise in blockchain technologies within the Environmental Solutions group, overseeing technology development practices, managing technology risks, and possibly leading an engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of the DeFi ecosystem and diverse approaches to implementing such systems.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage technical architecture of Environmental Solutions projects
    • Develop and maintain blockchain solutions and tools
    • Offer guidance on modern architecture practices to Environmental Solutions staff
    • Identify process gaps and drive improvements by collaborating across groups
    • Build relationships across multiple levels to ensure compliance activities are carried out effectively
    • Undertake additional tasks as required

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Minimum 10+ years of business experience with exposure to various areas
    • At least 5 years of experience with blockchain technologies
    • Significant expertise in cloud technology
    • Strong knowledge of application development, infrastructure, and cyber security
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in diverse teams, independently, and under tight deadlines
    • Sound business judgment and attention to detail

    This role is open to individuals with the right to work indefinitely in the United States.
