The Company


Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Administrator within a Charity organisation for their services in Doncaster.


The Role
This is a full time, permanent role, and offers hybrid working. You will be a central point to the day to day operations of the charity, ensuring of smooth running.


Within this role you will:

  • Be the first point of contact
  • Pass on messages throughout the office
  • Act as Receptionist when required
  • Assist in chasing compliance documents
  • Accurately maintain databases, ensuring information adheres to GDPR protocol
  • Assist with general office tasks as required


You will have experience working in an office setting, or be able to evidence your ability to work within this setting.

You will also be a confident communicator.


As well as this, you will possess a keen eye for detail, and will be confident at pick up new systems, and be comfortable working as the first point of contact also.
