Role Expectations:


  • Take primary responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating senior and mezzanine finance documents, managing transaction processes, and supervising less experienced colleagues.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in senior and mezzanine finance, with bonus experience in secured borrowing base facilities.
  • Show flexibility and enthusiasm in growing knowledge and experience within private credit structured finance funding structures.
  • Be clientfocused, understanding the borrower's industry and business to provide tailored transaction management and innovative solutions.
  • Foster and grow client relationships, collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and industry groups.
  • Engage in continuous selfdevelopment through formal training programs, mentoring, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Generously share time, knowledge, and experience to develop less experienced colleagues.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


  • Minimum 5 years PQE experience in private practice within a Finance team.
  • Proficient in Loan Market Association facility and intercreditor documents and English law security documents, with experience in leading LMAstyle transactions.
  • Flexible, agile, and enthusiastic about growing knowledge and experience within private credit structured finance funding structures.
  • Detailoriented, selfmotivated, and proactive, with a focus on building enduring client relationships.
  • Inquisitive nature, striving to understand clients, their drivers, and how to deliver impactful advice.
