ROLE - Senior IT Service Desk Analyst

LOCATION - West London

SALARY - £40,000 - £45,000

PERMANENT

We have partnered with a global consumables manufacturing company based in West London who are going through a period of growth right now and are hiring for a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis.

This Senior IT Service Desk Analyst will be joining a market leading organisation, this opportunity has become available as a direct result of business growth and offers career growth, working with new technology and the opportunity to work on a host of excitingnew projects.


Hybrid working is available

The Senior IT Service Desk Analyst will ideally have the following skills/experience:

  • Windows 10 & Office 36
  • Windows Server troubleshooting and repair
  • Network troubleshooting & connectivity
  • Mentoring and leading junior support staff members
  • Building, configuring and troubleshooting Laptops and personal devices
  • Supporting users remotely and onsite
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organised with a "Cando" mentality

The Senior IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out escalated IT Support requests
  • Supporting and mentoring Junior IT Support colleagues
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of all support documentation
  • Network patching & connectivity
  • Supporting Head of IT in the delivery of daytoday support activities and IT projects
  • Carrying out IT training with and for colleagues
  • Conducting equipment deployment and moves
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers and partners


This Senior IT Service Desk Analyst opportunity is offering a salary between £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits and hybrid working.
