We are currently seeking a Workplace Design Lead to join our team and infuse the ISS UK workplace community with a renewed sense of energy and creativity.
As the Workplace Design Lead, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and develop design solutions that align with our key products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- To work closely and collaboratively with the Deployment Specialists to ensure we communicate and engage activities that relate to workplace
- The ability to selflearn and keep up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
- Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
- Producing consistently excellent visual work Producing a host of ideas, and being able to showcase them in the most appropriate way for the stakeholder group
- Encouraging others to share their ideas and nurturing creativity
- Communicating productively with management and clients to keep them uptodate with project milestones
- To be conversant with Group Workplace and SIGNAL in relation to tools and concepts
- To be familiar with the top UK Key Contracts and ensure Workplace is supporting their operations with communications and engagement bespoke to each contract
- To raise the profile of Workplace Design by advocating for it positively and meaningfully with all stakeholders
- To build relationships across the sectors and maintain an up to date ideas for all Key Accounts
- Maintain the UK&I Ops Performance SharePoint site, continually updating, evolving and changing
- Create momentum on a range of community outlets such as webinars, articles and podcasts
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in delivering workplace design to a range of clients of various complexities
- Passionate about service delivery
- A high degree of emotional intelligence allow for successful conflict resolution
- A confident communicator who can engage and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to operationalise concepts into strategies and improvement plans that align to customers' purpose and key priorities
- Expert presenter within a range of different mediums
