- Deliver the digital product roadmap, on time and within budget.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, and our competitors, to identify and evaluate opportunities which drives customer acquisition and retention, engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify, scope and define functional and technical requirements for new platform launches and product features, including workflows, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Regularly test our products in their live environments and carry out acceptance testing of new products and features to ensure they deliver a Great experience for our users and meet our requirements as the client.
- 2+ years' experience in product management or development within streaming.
- You have launched direct-to-consumer apps or FAST channels on connected TVs, set-top-boxes or app stores.
- You have produced user stories, product requirement specs and defined workflows.
- You have project managed internal stakeholders and third-party vendors (e.g. SaaS providers).
- You can demonstrate how you built influence by simplifying complex projects to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
- You are a proactive self-starter.

Narrative Entertainment is a prominent player in the digital media landscape, specialising in Free Ad-supported Streaming Television (FAST) platforms. We are dedicated to providing top-tier content and exceptional viewing experiences to our audience. As we continue to expand our offerings and grow our presence in the streaming industry, we are seeking a skilled FAST Channel Coordinator to join our team.
WHAT THE ROLE IS ALL ABOUT
You will join the Digital team tasked with driving non-linear growth. We have already launched POP and GREAT branded direct-to-consumer apps and FAST channels on Freeview, YouView, LG, Rakuten, Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV and Samsung TV Plus. In this role, you will launch more products on more platforms, and continuously optimise our existing portfolio.
The Digital team members comprise of the Head of Digital; responsible for shaping our product roadmap; the Content Managers responsible for content selection and curation of our digital products; and the Account Manager responsible for the merchandising and partner marketing on our platforms.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, you will be responsible for delivering our product roadmap, on time and within budget. You will identify opportunities for us to scale and optimise our product portfolio, driving revenue and efficiencies. You will define product features and functionality by creating user stories demonstrating how they drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement and satisfaction. You will define end-to-end requirement specs and workflows together with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
