- Carry out risk management consultancy assignments in various industries with a long-term opportunity initially within the pharma sector
- Willingness to travel to the SW England or France
- Facilitate the identification, assessment and prioritisation of risk information within a programme and across project environments
- Proactively maintain risk data with specific and measurable information
- Ability to conduct quantitative cost risk assessments
- Produce high quality technical outputs, carrying out research and analysis of data
- Work with the Risk Lead but take ownership and lead on the project and/or programme management commissions
- Work within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scope of work in line with client's governance, budgetary, compliance, regulatory and planning controls
- Responsible for the quality and commercial delivery aspects of your work and develop skills and share knowledge within the whole consulting practice
- Gain buy-in from project teams and leaders through stakeholder engagement and client meetings
- Regularly pursue business development opportunities
- Support in the development of industry specific risk advisory material or risk management tools
- Able to assist with proposal and bid development; compiling case study information for completed projects
- Act as an ambassador for the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
- Degree qualified in any discipline
- Experience in the application of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) techniques and tools, such as @Risk for QCRAs, and an understanding of QSRAs an advantage, but not essential
- Evidence of delivery of projects/programmes in the built environment
- An understanding of how risk management integrates within project management and various project controls disciplines
- Experience in the delivery of risk management throughout the project lifecycle including support of investment decisions and delivery/implementation phases
- Evidence of previous experience in definition and delivery of risk management plans within projects
- Demonstrated skills in running risk reviews and QCRAs
- Demonstrable experience facilitating workshops or training
- In addition to these specific skills, you will have a good track record in contributing to business development and driving out opportunities
- French language skills advantageous but not essential
