Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Estates Asset Clerk within the Estates and Facilities team.

  • To keep an accurate and up to date asset register using the trust CAFM software
  • Making regular Site visits to gather asset information.
  • To assist with the management and development of the Estates various electronic information systems supporting the Estates function i.e. Computed Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software, Water Hygiene Management Software, Insurable items inspections, Asbestos Register, Medical Devices database.
  • To assist with the collation and interpretation of data to monitor estate and contract management Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Administer all certification and associated information to ensure this is uploaded to the CAFM software and presented in a structured and auditable way.
  • Reporting to line management and site contacts, use the Trust's CAFM software to manage the asset register delivering reports on missing items, new items etc.
  • Working with the Estates Officers use the Trust's CAFM software to help with the Trust's asbestos register.
