Description

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and packs
  • Assisting with statutory accounting process
  • Assistanting with future M&A
  • VAT returns
  • Management of the outsourced payroll and reporting onto Sage
  • Management of supplier payments
  • Supporting senior management with projects and commercial activities
  • Control of purchasing, negotiating discounts and preferred supplier arrangements
  • Job costing
  • Management of the AP, AR and Bank Rex Team
  • Assisting with the Audit process and liaison with the Auditors
  • Liaison with clients on accounts and credit
  • System and process improvements
  • Various ongoing adhoc commercial projects
