Key areas of responsibility include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and packs
- Assisting with statutory accounting process
- Assistanting with future M&A
- VAT returns
- Management of the outsourced payroll and reporting onto Sage
- Management of supplier payments
- Supporting senior management with projects and commercial activities
- Control of purchasing, negotiating discounts and preferred supplier arrangements
- Job costing
- Management of the AP, AR and Bank Rex Team
- Assisting with the Audit process and liaison with the Auditors
- Liaison with clients on accounts and credit
- System and process improvements
- Various ongoing adhoc commercial projects
