MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing a busy housekeeping team focusing on quality, attention to detail and ensuring that the 28 bedrooms and communal areas are kept immaculate
Lead and develop the team to deliver excellent standards and a warm and welcoming guest experience
Organise and implement training
Manage day to day operations
Responsible for preparing and implementing rosters
Prepare and take ownership of departmental budgets
Contribute to continually reviewing and improving standards in order to exceed guest expectations
Prepare to be flexible and hands on when required
