This could be a step up from managing housekeeping in a smaller property, or from assisting a more senior leader managing a bigger team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Managing a busy housekeeping team focusing on quality, attention to detail and ensuring that the 28 bedrooms and communal areas are kept immaculate
  • Lead and develop the team to deliver excellent standards and a warm and welcoming guest experience
  • Organise and implement training
  • Manage day to day operations
  • Responsible for preparing and implementing rosters
  • Prepare and take ownership of departmental budgets
  • Contribute to continually reviewing and improving standards in order to exceed guest expectations
  • Prepare to be flexible and hands on when required
