Our client in Aberdeen is looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet clients and supplier visitors at the main reception, ensuring their contact is informed of their arrival and their name is logged in the Visitors Register
  • Answer and log all telephone calls promptly and courteously, directing external calls to the relevant extensions
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail for all departments, ensuring timely distribution
  • Manage special deliveries to reception according to company procedure, including security, fire alarms and security passes
  • Monitor stationery levels, order office supplies through SAP, and maintain stock inventory
  • Arrange taxis, raise SAP orders for office services and address job router invoice queries
  • Coordinate building maintenance contracts and schedule appointments as needed
  • Manage car park spaces, maintain general housekeeping in the reception area and ensure tea/coffee points are stocked and tidy
  • Provide assistance with other administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Personable demeanour with a commitment to confidentiality
  • Previous experience in an office environment in a similar role would be desirable
  • Reliable and flexible
