    Description
    Hybrid Working: - 2 days a week in the office

    As an Applications Consultant, you'll be pivotal in conducting insightful consultancy sessions, identifying opportunities for Business Central/NAV functionality enhancements.

    Your role will involve resolving barriers to usage efficiently, carrying out daily testing and support tasks, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional project delivery aligned with company standards.


    Consultancy Sessions:
    Conduct effective consultancy sessions, guiding clients in optimizing Business Central/NAV functionalities to maximize product usage and benefits.

    Client Support:

    Handle on-site client software concerns, identify instances where clients need extended functionality, and effectively communicate feedback to the project management team.


    Project Tasks:
    Complete essential project tasks including GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring configurations align with client expectations.

    Training Delivery:
    Deliver clear application training to client key users using standard Microsoft training materials during projects across the UK.

    Testing and Support:
    Carry out daily application testing and provide UAT support adhering to Company Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards.

    Collaborative Feedback:
    Engage with the consultancy team, providing constructive feedback on internal processes to enhance company practices.
    Follow internal methodologies and project plans to ensure service delivery meets Company Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards.

    Cross-Departmental Liaison:

    Effectively liaise with other company departments, communicating client concerns and ensuring timely resolutions aligned with Company Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards.


    Deadline Management:
    Work within self-set deadlines, proactively flagging risks during application training and directing concerns to appropriate escalation channels.
    Embrace the company's Mission Statement and policies across all aspects of your role.
    Maintain a Personal Development Plan and actively participate in relevant training and development activities.
    Adhere to company policies, procedures, health, safety legislation, and conditions outlined in the staff handbook.

    Experience:

    Proven experience in Finance modules of Dynamics 365/Business Central as a 'Key User' or implementation consultant, with expertise in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.


    Skills:

    Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, 1st and 2nd line support experience, significant knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics NAV/BC, Dynamics 365 for sales, and the MS Stack.


    Expertise:
    Substantial experience in Dynamics NAV/BC, design, documentation, installation, configuration, testing, training, go-live processes, and time management skills.
