Morestarts are pleased to be working with a well-established manufacturing client in Chesterfield.


Due to an organic increase in workload, we are looking for a
Service Administrator to join their team who has previous experience working in a fast paced, service deparment role.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering calls in a confident manner to assist customers with queries
  • Organising and booking in service work
  • Preparing jobs for invoicing, processing warranty claims and assisting the Service Manager with administration duties as and when required
  • Liaising with workshop staff
  • Taking card payments
  • Monitoring and chasing overdue service and repair work
  • Recording all jobs on the Service Department database

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Previous experience in a Service Department would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and Literacy skills is essential
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is essential.

Salary and Shifts:


  • 40 hours a week
  • 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
- £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • 20 days annual leave plus BH's. Rising to 23 after 3 years, 25 after 5 and 27 after 10.
