- Designing, testing, installing, and commissioning small project works.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as site surveys, technical audits, system health checks, spares management, obsolescence reporting, disaster recovery work (backup & restore), system upgrades, and patching.
- Assisting customers in fault-finding and problem rectification via telephone, web, email, etc., and responding to emergency repair requests on-site, which may include out-of-hours work (rota-based).
- Completing service reports and other project documentation as required.
- Strong electrical engineering background
- Valid driving licence
- Experience with PLC/RTU or similar control systems
- Ability to gain SC clearance
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to attend customer sites individually (especially) and occasionally as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake out-of-hours work on a rota basis
