- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Observing and assessing toddlers' progress, documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
- Experience working with toddlers or young children.
- Strong understanding of child development in the early years.
- Patient, nurturing, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a group of active toddlers and create a safe and stimulating environment.
- Highly observant and able to identify individual needs and milestones.
