Job Description
We are collaborating with an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' Primary School in Smethwick seeking a KS1 Teacher to join their exceptional education team. The school desires a devoted KS1 teacher to seize this remarkable opportunity. Early Career Teachers (ECT's) are encouraged to submit their application.
Requirements:
·Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have recent experience teaching in a Primary setting.
·Available 8.30PM-4.30PM Mon-Fri
·Must have strong subject knowledge
·Support students and manage behavior effectively
·Experience working with mildly SEN students
Duties
· To liaise and communicate with colleagues to ensure that lessons are appropriately planned and delivered
· Plan and deliver lessons to meet the needs of all pupils through differentiation
· Plan for and communicate effectively with teaching assistants
· Feedback effectively and in a timely fashion to class teachers
· To maintain the highest standards of behavior within a class and around the school
· Participate in staff and team meetings and on-going professional development opportunities
· Participate in the performance management system for their own appraisal
