Position Summary
Job Description

The Digital Marketing Assistant will provide support across the full breadth of the team and will work with various teams (globally and locally) internally and with external agencies.

The role will involve 6-month rotations between two of the key areas within The Macallan's digital strategy; digital communications and, search marketing with measurement.


  • Digital Communications:
  • Website content optimisation including market and global content updates and population
  • Coordination of the translations process for all campaign activity across key markets.
  • Lead on campaign organisation for The Macallan owned channels. Overall coordination and management of our campaign management platform, including asset management, daytoday agency liaison and local market communications.

Digital Search Marketing with Measurement:

  • Search marketing across paid and organic channels, working closely with specialist delivery partners to continue to optimise strategic approach driving efficiency, exposure and effectiveness.
  • Website optimisation including SEO best practice implementation, user experience testing and user experience redesign.
  • Evaluation and reporting of digital marketing activity on monthly and quarterly basis, working close with agencies and local market teams with a focus on continuous reporting improvement.
