We are looking for talented Pilot Training Specialists to join our creative Digital Learning Team.

You will be responsible for designing competency-based training for early career Cadets in the ab-initio space to develop future competent pilots.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Identify and document training requirements as part of broader learning analysis
  • Analyze training requirements to write learning objectives, outline, and training syllabus
  • Design training course outlines, storyboards for early pilot career training
  • Develop ICAO, EASA ATPL/100 KSA, FAA Part 141 training materials
  • Validation of solutions as an early career SME, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of activities
  • Write and publish training materials and supporting documentation adhering to standard, processes, and branding guidelines
  • Review comments and collaborate with team to reconcile conflicting inputs
  • Coordinate stakeholder review of materials
  • Research, document, and provide technical information to support and update established processes

Work Authorisation:


Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
  • 3 or more years of experience as a ground/flight instructor
  • 3 or more years of experience developing Pilot Training material
  • 3 or more years of experience with Instructional System Design methodologies
  • Detail oriented

Preferred Skills/Qualifications**Pilot/Instructor with EASA APTL or Part 141 Experience

Experience designing and creating training materials


Experience with:

  • Microsoft Office Tools
