    Description

    Are you a dynamic and motivated Home Manager with a passion for providing top-quality care to older people? Our client is looking for a Home Manager to lead a medium-sized nursing home in Cleveland, specialising in care for older people and dementia patients.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a private and reputable care provider.


    You'll also have up to 33 days of annual leave and the opportunity to develop and progress within the company.

    Our client is a private and reputable care provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to older people and those with dementia.

    They operate a medium-sized nursing home, both nursing and residential, and are committed to improving the lives of their residents.

    Leading, motivating, and inspiring your teams to deliver high-quality care.
    Exceeding the internal quality expectations and those of the CQC.
    An annual salary of £55,000, reviewed annually.
    Up to 33 days of annual leave.

    A strong background in working with Dementia in the elderly care sector at Home Manager level with a good CQC track record.

    To be a dynamic, confident, and innovative leader with good networking skills.
    Good longevity and experience of working in care homes for Older People.

    If you've previously held roles such as Nursing Home Manager, Residential Home Manager, Dementia Care Manager, Elderly Care Home Manager, or Care Home Director, this Home Manager role could be the next step in your career.
