Fraud Advisor - Contact Centre - Banking


We are currently working with a bank who are looking to hire multiple Customer Service Agents on an interesting and exciting contract answering fraud and general banking enquiries.


This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to work for a Tier 1 UK retail bank and progress their career in the financial services sector.

It is also a great opportunity to gain experience in fraud (financial crime).

  • 6 Months Initial
- £130 per day

  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
  • Shift pattern (8am 4pm and 12pm 8pm) and 2 weekend days a month
Skills and Experience

  • MUST HAVE experience working in call centre, contact centre or with some telephony customer contact experience
  • A good telephone manner
  • A strong work ethic and highly selfmotivated
  • Good listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
