Description
Our client, a prestige jeweller in Bournemouth, is looking for a Part time Administrator to join their team.The role will require clients/customers to be treated with respect and catering to their needs every step of the way along with Administrative duties for the company.
The working hours are 8.45am - 5pm, 3-4 days per week, you will be asked to work on Saturdays if required.
Main responsibilities:
- Stock checking and specialorder processing
- Incoming & outgoing post
- Inputting customer date on software
- Repairs administration and keeping the records accurate
- Filing and assisting with account management
- Answering telephone calls
- Handling enquiries from clients
- Dealing with valuations
- Estimate to replace missing items
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working with high value items.
- Ability to build relationships with all walks of life.
- Excellent Administrative experience and face to face customer service.
- Well presented with excellent clear communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
