Description
Our client, a prestige jeweller in Bournemouth, is looking for a Part time Administrator to join their team.

The role will require clients/customers to be treated with respect and catering to their needs every step of the way along with Administrative duties for the company.


The working hours are 8.45am - 5pm, 3-4 days per week, you will be asked to work on Saturdays if required.


Main responsibilities:

  • Stock checking and specialorder processing
  • Incoming & outgoing post
  • Inputting customer date on software
  • Repairs administration and keeping the records accurate
  • Filing and assisting with account management
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Handling enquiries from clients
  • Dealing with valuations
  • Estimate to replace missing items

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working with high value items.
  • Ability to build relationships with all walks of life.
  • Excellent Administrative experience and face to face customer service.
  • Well presented with excellent clear communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
