Commercial point of contact for key multi-million pound contracts, both pre and post signature, predominantly supporting NG's Defence & National Security customers, including influencing key stakeholders on various Commercial topics
Prepare and negotiate on contracts terms, licence terms, scope and pricing, recognising the risk trade-off, working closely with the relevant Programme Manager, Business Development Manager, Finance Team and Supply Chain Lead and working within approvals
Engage with and support the legal review of contract terms and conditions
Support the wider Commercial team with high value, complexity and strategically significant proposals and negotiations
Track record of building strong customer relationships
Join a dedicated, supportive, commercial function - responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Contracts, which range from Submarine systems development to Cyber & Intelligence solutions;
Be part of a wider Business Management organisation - working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance and Project Controls to maximise Business performance.
