TheRole
Workingclosely with business analyst and key stakeholders, to understandand prioritise
requirements to support businessprocess change. Including:
Working with theDevelopment team and business stakeholders to create specifications
for new information systems and documentrequired changes to existing systems.
*Developing technical solutions that align to business requirementsand deliver corporate objectives.
Buildingintegrations with the Salesforce platform and other enterprise SaaS
applications and PaaS/IaaS cloud services suchas Office365, Azure, AWS.
Working closely withthe local Data Manager, Development & Change Leads and
Business Analyst to implement approved,documented solutions.
Managing the delivery ofnew features and changes through robust application of the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), liaisingwith end users, software vendors and
developmentresources to achieve these outcomes
TheSkills
*Demonstrable Salesforce Developer experience (4years+)
Certified Salesforce Admin (201)required and Platform App Builder preferred.
*Platform Dev I certification required and Dev IIpreferred.
Strong experience working withSales, Service Cloud & CustomerCommunities.
Strong App Exchange InstalledPackaged and Integration experience: CTI integration,
Titan Form, identity verification applications,middleware e.g. Zapier, Jotform
preferable.
Experience with development technologiesincluding Salesforce Apex, Visualforce,
Lightning (Aura and Web Components), Migrationtools, REST APIs, SQL/SOQL and Web
Services
Knowledge of scripting languages such asJavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Python and
frameworkse.g. , , , etc
*Experience using web development tools and code repositories,version control, release
management such asEclipse IDE, Git, Sublime
Experience ofdesigning and building work flow management systems and processes,
Legal industry experience preferred.
Experience with full software developmentlifecycle in an agile / scrum environment.
*Strong experience working in a highly collaborative, dynamic, andteam-oriented work
environment.
