Salesforce CRM Lead:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Salesforce CRM leader to join at a very exciting time. This role will be responsible for leading, owning and managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

This includes leading a team of salesforce administrators in managing the CMR strategy, the development and implementation of new features and capabilities as well as the ongoing maintenance and management of the CRM platform.

Role Specific Details

  • Lead the Strategy, design, development and management of the CRM platform.
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of the CRM platform
  • Work with other change and technology teams to be the lead CRM representative on change programmes and projects involving the CRM platforms
  • Develop and manage a roadmap of enhancements and features in collaboration with your team and the organisational change management process to add business value
  • Take part in agile project sprints, lifecycles and manage resource accordingly
  • Develop and adapt strategies, processes, tools and approaches to optimise the efficiency of the team in collaboration with other platform leads
  • Ensure that the CRM platform meets the needs of our business and clients
  • Work with other platform teams and external parties where integration or cross platform activity is required
  • Manage, Motivate and lead the team on a day to day basis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to determine CRM system requirements and functionalities
  • Develop and maintain through, up to date knowledge of CRM practices, trends and emerging technologies
  • Analyse business requirements with your team and design innovative solutions to business problems
  • Manage and maintain processes, procedures and policies relating to their platforms
  • Vendor management of relevant business systems suppliers
  • Work closely with the change management team and Chief Technology Officer to agree current priorities and resource allocation between BAU and project activities
  • Work closely with the CTO to ensure BAU and project activities are aligned with the NPWI technology strategy
  • Mentor and development of junior engineers and administrators

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years working alongside technology and change professionals within a banking and investments environment
  • Minimum of 2 years experience leading, maintaining and developing CRM solutions.
  • Experience of Systems and Business Analysis
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing software, IT and business projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of systems testing (Regression Testing, Smoke testing, automated test tools
  • Strong people skills and leadership experience
  • Indepth understanding of business needs with the ability to establish / maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence
  • Good leadership skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to influence key decision makers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and staff
