Description

The client is a digital product agency with a 100-strong team of strategists, designers and engineers.

They offer end-to-end client product campaign management from design, implementation to building and maintenance.

They are now looking to hire a
Head of Marketing,in a stand alone role
, to develop, own and lead the execution of the agency's marketing strategy.

You will be expected to align your efforts with all new business activity to help meet the agencies growth targets.

This is a brilliant full time permanent opportunity paying up to £75k basic salary

They also offer hybrid working which includes 1 day a week from their Kings Cross, London office.

As a business the client also has a fantastic benefits package including 25 days holiday allowance & 8 days bank holiday, Christmas Closure,
Summer hours and
Remote working: Work abroad for up to one month a year.

Owning the marketing strategy and aligning it with business goals
Identifying opportunities to establish and promote the brand
Bringing creative concepts and ideas into the marketing mix
Crafting strategies, messaging and defining positioning of campaigns
Collaborating with our crossfunctional teams to ensure we're representing them within our marketing effort
Working closely with the design team to ensure that all marketing collateral is on brand
Finding relevant partnership opportunities and driving quality exposure to the target audience
Managing marketing budgets
Reporting on marketing activities, campaign results, and attributing effectiveness of campaigns across channels.

The Person

Ideally 7+ years B2B marketing experience
Must have worked in an agency environment
Previous experience successfully managing marketing campaigns in the B2B space
Solid knowledge of web analytics and tracking tools to measure effectiveness
You have strong project management skills to oversee multiple streams of work
You can clearly communicate your ideas and vision to both your immediate team who will help you pull together collateral materials and the senior management team
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
