- Conduct detailed investigations and analysis to provide insightful commentaries for management reports.
- Perform thorough root cause analysis and analyze trends for critical business risks.
- Identify areas for enhancing risk and compliance activities, offering focused support to the Risk and Excellence team.
- Develop and maintain data systems with consistency and high standards.
- Produce data outputs to meet the evolving business needs.
- Assist the Enterprise Risk Manager in monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of risk controls and actions.
- Support in risk incident management and upkeep of Group Policies for relevance and accessibility.
- Aid in maintaining and expanding certification to ISO9001.
- Collaborate with the Risk Management & Information Systems Manager to establish and manage data systems for risk assurance.
- Proven experience as a Risk or Compliance Analyst/Executive/Assistant or a Graduate with an interest in transitioning into risk and compliance roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
