    Job Description

    We are seeking a talented Website Developer to join our Software Development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding and creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The Website Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to our company's specifications. They will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

    Job Description:

    · Design, code, and modify websites, from layout to function, according to company specifications.

    · Develop front-end web architecture using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.

    · Build back-end website applications and databases using PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies, develop user interfaces.

    · Utilize CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal to develop and maintain websites.

    · Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

    · Implement and evaluate software

    · Examine existing software to determine new requirements to meet business needs.

    · Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure website functionality meets company needs. Write and code programs.

    · Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices for responsiveness and functionality. Debug issues that arise during testing.

    · Optimize website performance, including speed, scalability, and security.

    · Document code and technical specifications for future reference.

    · Perform website maintenance, including updates, backups, and security patches.

    · Undertake research and study, keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to stay ahead in the field of web development.

    Requirements:

    · Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    · Experience: Proven work experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.

    · Programming Languages: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant programming languages.

    · Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, or Materialize, and back-end frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.

    · CMS Platforms: Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

    · Database Management: Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

    · Responsive Design: Understanding of responsive design principles and experience implementing responsive websites.

    · Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

    · Problem-solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues.

    · Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    · Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    · Creativity: Creativity and a passion for creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Certifications: Relevant certifications in web development or related fields.

    · Experience with SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing websites for search engines.

    · UI/UX Design Skills: Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience collaborating with designers.

    · E-commerce Experience: Experience developing and maintaining e-commerce websites.

    · Mobile App Development: Experience with mobile app development (iOS, Android) is a plus.

    • · Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
