    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Isabel Marant is seeking a Sales and Stylist Advisor for the flagship store in London's vibrant Mayfair district.

    As a Sales and Stylist Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for:

    • Enhancing the brand's image through personalized in-store experiences and fashion styling suggestions.
    • Driving sales and meeting targets by recommending complementary pieces.
    • Demonstrating in-depth product and brand knowledge, fostering strong client relationships, capturing CRM details, and providing personalized client follow-up.
    • Supporting store operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and upholding the brand's image at all times.

    PROFILE

    • You possess a genuine passion for the brand, fashion, and sales.
    • You have a proven track record of at least 2 years in selling Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods in the Fashion or Luxury Retail sector.
    • You have a solid understanding of retail KPIs.
    • You maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
    • You are proactive, positive, and a team player with strong motivation.
    • You are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building lasting client relationships.
    • You excel in communication, ensuring effective interactions with management, colleagues, and clients.
