Who we are looking for
Within Alpha Client Implementations we are looking for an EMEA Client Change lead to effectively manage the change in scope from Service Definition to Go Live.
The role will be client facing and includes interaction with the wider STT teams and senior management.
What you will be responsible for
The Alpha Implementation Change Lead is responsible for governance of all change or deviations to our standard operating model throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The role is supported by a project management office and business analysts and covers changeto from our Front to Back operating model.
The remit includes Analysis and Assessment activities, Program Management, Governance, reporting and stakeholder management.As Change Lead you will:
- Represent the Client Change priorities within the AlphaSM organisation and wider programme to drive out cross functional dependencies and solutions
- Facilitate, collaborate and work with internal stakeholders and our clients to understand and document requirements
- Track solutions and costings, by researching facets of the operations that are unclear and developing a concise picture of the current / strategic state and defining a solution which is fit for purpose.
- Working with workstream leads to addressing the change impact against Key Milestones on the project plan
- Partner with all relevant corporate functions, businesses and stakeholder to ensure

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in Program and Change delivery ideally in the financial services
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions
- Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, familiarity with Jira and clarity is a plus
