Description

To be the senior person on site responsible for the day to day running of the sites development jobs and projects, may include ordering of materials, plant and equipment, feeding back important information at the end of the works, undertaking a wide variety of groundwork and landscaping jobs.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Demonstrable experience identified within the points listed below
  • CSCS plant safety certification
  • Working on construction sites
  • Liaising with customers and dealing with complaints
  • Working knowledge & understanding of groundworks, tarmacking, kerbing, drainage and fence laying etc
  • Aware of current H&S legislation including CDM Regs 2015 & COSHH
  • Able to read, understand and action Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of work
  • Full Driving Licence
